A very unique workout
I really loved the arms part of this workout, as well as the coordination. I've found the total body workout not the best and a little "always the same" after a while. but overall I liked this routine

wonderful routine
This is one of my favorite workouts. It was especially good for me because of the shoulder/arm strengthening and stretching. I love all the tips about breathing and moving that Joie Lee gives. I hope she will make more workout videos!

Fantastic all round workout!
Great workout - super sweaty and lots of fun. Different moves which is great and high energy. Wish it was longer!

Cardio with a twist!
I'm new in pop sugar, but so far this is definitely one of my favourites. It's pretty interesting with all the brain exercise on the side! Will try to do this exercise again with no modifications done!

Mind Body Workout!
This workout challenges your coordination and agility and is truly focused on strengthening both the mind and body! It’s high cardio with burning sculpting moves incorporated throughout. So fun! I highly recommend if you’re looking for something a little different!
