This is one of my favorite workouts. It was especially good for me because of the shoulder/arm strengthening and stretching. I love all the tips about breathing and moving that Joie Lee gives. I hope she will make more workout videos!
I'm new in pop sugar, but so far this is definitely one of my favourites. It's pretty interesting with all the brain exercise on the side! Will try to do this exercise again with no modifications done!
This workout challenges your coordination and agility and is truly focused on strengthening both the mind and body! It’s high cardio with burning sculpting moves incorporated throughout. So fun! I highly recommend if you’re looking for something a little different!
