Great sweat session
I loved this workout - fast- paced, but still enough little breaks to catch a breath, good for total body. Really like Rebecca Louise positive attitude.

great sets to get up the heart rate and standing abs- and don't worry- Penny quiets down after the first few mins

One of my new go-to workouts!
I love this workout and have done it a few times now, it gets me super sweaty and I already feel my own strength and improvement since the first time I did it! I've had back surgery and this is an awesome workout that I don't need to modify much while still getting an intense body challenge every time. Rebecca is so positive and energetic, she reminds me to smile and enjoy the hard work! Give this one a try!

So much sweating! It was great!
If you want a great cardio workout that will have you sweating like crazy from start to end give this one a try. It was intense but went by fast and left me with tons of energy.

Great and Fast!
Fast forward to about 2:50 in to start right before the warm up begins. She is waiting for people to join her live stream. Goes by quickly! I've never taken one of her classes before and wasn't sure what to expect. Was fast, lots of energy and positivity. Could have a little smoother cues so you know what is happening next. Overall, I really liked it! High intensity, cardio, standing up ab work, offers modifications and challenges you if you want to! Burned 175 active calories and 214 total calories (Apple Watch). 5'2" and 129lbs! So a nice burn for only 30 minutes.
