I loved this workout - fast- paced, but still enough little breaks to catch a breath, good for total body. Really like Rebecca Louise positive attitude.
I love this workout and have done it a few times now, it gets me super sweaty and I already feel my own strength and improvement since the first time I did it! I've had back surgery and this is an awesome workout that I don't need to modify much while still getting an intense body challenge every time. Rebecca is so positive and energetic, she reminds me to smile and enjoy the hard work! Give this one a try!
If you want a great cardio workout that will have you sweating like crazy from start to end give this one a try. It was intense but went by fast and left me with tons of energy.

Goes by quickly! I've never taken one of her classes before and wasn't sure what to expect. Was fast, lots of energy and positivity. Could have a little smoother cues so you know what is happening next. Overall, I really liked it! High intensity, cardio, standing up ab work, offers modifications and challenges you if you want to!
