Combo of boxing and cardio
Good class but way too much commentary from the backup trainer.

This workout flew - and so did the sweat haha
I wish I could attach a picture to this comment so that I could show the little puddles of sweat that were on the floor of my workout room after this workout haha. I tacked this on to the end of one of Raneir's 30-minute ones and felt nicely depleted by the end. This instructor is great and the pacing of this workout is excellent.

Informative and tough!
I liked that the instructor focused on boxing form in between really tough conditioning exercises! I feel much more confident going into a in-person boxing class after doing this video - and I definitely felt it the next day!

Quick sweaty workout
Really liked this one! The time went by so quick and there's a lot of switching things up so it wasn't boring at all.
