This 30-minute workout gets it done! Led by Barry's Bootcamp instructor Allie Cohen, you keep moving throughout the video and work up a serious sweat while working your entire body. All you need is a set of medium-weight dumbbells.
I've done this workout a million times b/c I like it so much. Perfect blend of compound movement w/ weights and cardio, w/o being complicated. Allie keeps it moving and is inspiring. If I ever need it to be a little more challenging, I just bump up the weights.

Aly always brings it!! I do this workout when I know I want my butt kicked. I love that you can do heavier or lighter weights to take this workout from totally doable to barely making to the end (in a good way!)
