Nice quick sweat!
Great quick workout, but there was no music so I found myself checking the time more often than normal. The moves were challenging though and provided a great sweat!

Great 25 minute workout!
The moves built on each other and everything was done in 20 second intervals. I really enjoyed the moves and the pace!
