I've taken body combat for about a year so I knew how to follow all of the steps! I could see how this might be difficult for someone who has never done it before, this style of workout does take practice. I got a great sweat going!
I’ve done many tai boxing classes and this had a little bit of everything In it ! Great choice of levels for anyone ! Got my sweat on & heart rate up without it being too challenging ! Good Job ,
I was a little skeptical during the warm up as it seemed too easy, but by the end of the workout my legs and butt burned more than any other one I've tried! It's super fun and feels like you're learning to defend yourself at the same time. Easily modifiable for all skill levels. Highly recommend.
