Highly recommended
I like it that the music syncs perfectly with the movements. Great fun doing this workout. Highly recommended. I wish I could have the agility and strength of the instructor.

Awesome Workout
This is a great full body workout. Short and sweet! I was fun, great motivational instructor and music. Before I knew it, it was done and I was sweating. Totally recommend!!

Gets your Heart Going
Loved the whole thing. I Definitely need to repeat until I can do the entire thing with all the jumps. This is a great cardio burn- very engaging and the teacher is such a badass- loved it!

Great class
I've taken body combat for about a year so I knew how to follow all of the steps! I could see how this might be difficult for someone who has never done it before, this style of workout does take practice. I got a great sweat going!

Great quarantine stress relief
Excellent ! I’ve done many tai boxing classes and this had a little bit of everything In it ! Great choice of levels for anyone ! Got my sweat on & heart rate up without it being too challenging ! Good Job ,

Kick@$$ workout
I was a little skeptical during the warm up as it seemed too easy, but by the end of the workout my legs and butt burned more than any other one I've tried! It's super fun and feels like you're learning to defend yourself at the same time. Easily modifiable for all skill levels. Highly recommend.

Really loved this workout, however, I wish she would break down the footwork a little more. I found myself struggling to get it before it sped up.

Great workout!
I love every popsugar workout! This can be low impact or higher. Great instructor to be certain that you are doing the movements properly & to get the best workout possible.
