I've done this video a number of times. It is a really fun workout! It definitely gets me moving more than strength training, but it motivates me to start moving instead of sitting.

Beginner Class
I am not convinced that this class is for beginners, but it was alot of fun. I think I will have to do it a few times to get the most out of it!
