bfff what a burn!
the most i've sweat in a while through one of these workouts...little rest, definitely gets your heart rate up and challenges by building on the moves each interval!

tough and goes quickly
definitely sweat a lot and felt the burn. liked how the circuits focused on different groups of muscles and then switched it up in next circuit. excellent full body workout using body weight

Challenging but good
Since I know this coach I expected the workout to be hard. And it was, but it felt great when I finished it. Just wish the cooldown was longer, but you can get longer cooldown by yourself.
