Great
I expected it would be difficult because of the advanced category, but it actually was easy to follow, just difficult on resistance. I felt the burn, specially glutes and legs. I like the tabata method because you can focus and rest and time really flies.

AMAZING, SWEATY, RESISTANCE WORKOUT
This was an amazing workout- mostly focused on balance and leg strengthening but combined with repetition and optometric movements , it was enhanced to a full body workout that will leave your legs trembling , arms burning and sweat dripping!! Totally recommend

Fantastic and a laugh
Strong workout which is fabulous and low impact versions for people like me with a joint that doesn't like jumping....also a good laugh....you need a good laugh with a tough workout...it makes the time fly by, thank you
