Awesome problem area target
This is such a great workout! Really hits all my problem areas and keeps me entertained and going while doing so. Deja pushes one movement just long enough that it really gets into the muscle but doesn't push you so far that you want to quit.

Another great workout from Deja! Love her energy. It's like working out with a friend. Will do more of her workouts in the future! Also I loved that this workout worked the arms and legs as well as the glutes and abs. And an added bonus, there's cardio too!
