Not a great workout
I didn't like this one. Decent enough exercises but the instructor hardly did the moves, which made the timing between rounds difficult.... Are we supposed to still be punching or moving on? Also if you're relatively experienced with boxing these moves were repetitive and the combos were weak. Good opportunity to work on form though I suppose

I didn’t like it
I usually like the workouts we do on popsugar but on this one I didn’t like it because she didn’t really workout with us and it was the same moves over and over.

Bring on the Sweat
20ish minute boxing workout, even good for beginners. I had never done these moves before, but it was pretty easy to follow. The hardest part was the coordination, but that's my personal impediment.

Short but sweet!
Got a good sweat in under 25 minutes! She demos the moves and then motivates you to keep going. Listen out for queues! Great workout!
