nice shorter workout
Routines were good with modifications shown if needed. Liked the variety, abs work also helped my lower back.

Kicks your BUTT
This workout was amazing. Dont let the fact that its 25 minutes fool you. I was dripping sweat and felt every muscle in my body working!
