Butt Kicker
This is a high energy quick workout that kicks your butt in 20 minutes. I went to Cyclebar first, then participated in this workout and it was a great total body class. It’s definitely on my favorites list now!
I love popsugar fitness but I didn’t feel challenged by this workout. I felt the transitions were too long as the hosts talked too much. I finished the video wanting more and feeling like I didn’t sweat at all. I ended up doing another video to raise my heart rate.
Great quick way to get a little sweat on in between zoom meetings! The only think i would have liked would have been suggestions for the weight of the bands for each exercise.

Though this is a short workout it is so effective. I love that she worked with the band to get more of a burn and the exercises were really fun to do with a lot of variety! Great workout!
Quick and so effective! My glutes are on fire. I love how she incorporates 2 body parts at the same time. 20 mins goes by so fast and I feel so good after. I'm definitely going to do this one again in the near future. Loving all the videos on Glow!!!
