I love pop sugar fitness there’s different workouts you can do there’s yoga this straight training you could go at your own pace they are motivating I just don’t have the words to tell you guys how much I love pop sugar

The exercises in this video are good, but has to many repetitions. The video should be 5 mins long with half the number of reps, or more variety!
