Short, sweet and sweaty!
Only had 20 minutes and needed a good sweat! This did it! Barry's always delivers!

Great intensity
Loved this workout. I made the mistake of doing this after a 35 minute HIIT workout. Next time - I'll start with this one!

Cardio energy
I always like a good quick workout so I figured I'd give this one a try. The title wasn't very descriptive so I was not sure if it was going to be cardio, yoga, strength, or who knows what. It was a whole body cardio workout. Arms, legs and abs were all targeted. Instructor has a ton of energy and it makes for a fun workout!
