Working Out with Deja Riley
I really enjoy working out with Deja because she makes me feel like I can do it and it's a realistic workout. Great for my body and ability because I usually keep it simple at the gym with using the elliptical machine and walking with 20 lb limit on weights. Now I'm using Pilates bands. Besides having a great body and being passionate about fitness, it also helps that Deja reminds me of my Great Niece.
