Fantastic for a beginner
This was an awesome whole body workout for an absolute beginner like me. I had to do all the modified moves and at times even struggled on those but made it through. Will be doing this one again and again to see how I progress. Thank you

Perfect for beginners
I'm overweight and out of shape, I'm also depressed. I was in isolation for a week before trying this workout due to COVID and this was a great first workout, tiring but beginner friendly and my lungs feel OK, I'm definitely going to do this one again

Great workout
My gym is closed so I need to workout and this was my first video. My husband and I just completed this workout and it was good. I have MS so appreciated the modifications. Will do more. Glad I found active pop sugar

Beginner (Again!)
Have been out of working out for quite sometime due to knee injury. I definitely am seeing results of β€œnot” working out and decided to give this a try to get back in a routine. Loved it! Perfect way for me to re-engage muscle memoryπŸ’ͺ🏼😊
