It started off slow but ended up being very fast and you can feel your abs working

Get moving.
Fun little routine, and once we got going it brought my heart rate up. A little too slow in the beginning, but I’m glad I stuck with it. I did this video after finishing another one that was focuses more on toning and felt like I wanted just a little more cardio.

Nice moves
I liked the moves, but its more 10 mins learning and a lot of talking and the other 10 mins are dancing
