Great Workout!
I was looking for a quick ab workout to do to fight my 3 pm slump and boy did this do the trick. I really want to be able to lift my foot off the ground during the oblique moves so I'll definitely add this to my routine.

It's a Jake workout!
As always, Jake makes you sweat. Abs and booty were burning! You can always depend on Jake to give you a fantastic workout. Loved it!

I could feel the burn! I love these ballet-driven exercises. Jake has got so much energy, I struggle to keep up with the rhythm.

Gets your abs on fire
I loved this workout. Jake is so much fun to workout with. He really keeps you motivated. Love the variety of exercises and it got my abs and my booty on fire!
