I could feel the burn! I love these ballet-driven exercises. Jake has got so much energy, I struggle to keep up with the rhythm.

Gets your abs on fire
I loved this workout. Jake is so much fun to workout with. He really keeps you motivated. Love the variety of exercises and it got my abs and my booty on fire!
