nice backside focused circuits
I liked the quick circuits and the transitions were quick and the explanations were clear. The 15 minutes fly by! All business. It's limited cardio and was nice after a run to tone up in different planes.

Great way to incorporate resistance bands into your workout.
I wish this workout was a bit longer so I repeat the video a second time and next time I'll repeat it a third time! Gets your heartbeat up and Anna is so good.

So Good!
Definitely makes you work up a sweat. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick exercise for your butt. But, I wish it was a little longer.

This was a good fast workout for my backside! I wanted to do more reps for each exercise so I just paused after each and did 15 more. Great tips on alignment and body position too!
