A little bit on the slow side and cheats with total time. It does not include the 30 second breaks mentioned between sets in the total timeline. Overall OK but there are others that are a bit more focused and solid for lower back and butt.
I liked the quick circuits and the transitions were quick and the explanations were clear. The 15 minutes fly by! All business. It's limited cardio and was nice after a run to tone up in different planes.
