I didn't have time for a long workout today and found this one. It was short and effective. I should probably incorporate this one in at least weekly since I sit hunched over my laptop a lot.
You can repeat this exercise as many time as you want during the day: it helps your back to be in a nice posture, your arms to be strong and your butt to be defined.

This workout gives you a little cardio burst in the beginning and then focuses on weights. It is simple, easy to follow, and done before you know it. Great for a quick break during the workday or between lessons with the kids.
