WOW! Unexpected Joy
I was skeptical about the online platform for promoting change, but this workout changed my mind. I immediately started to feel the burn and definitely feel if I stay at it, I will change my "rear" forever. I will definitely do another class with Jake. Awesome workout!

Effective Burner for Lazy Mood
It has been a stressful and busy work week,so I haven't felt like working out when the day is done, but I had taken too many days off from working out. I thought a short workout would help get me back in the game. This was short and burned so good. I took a walk in my hilly neighborhood after, and my muscles are fatigued.

Awesome quick workout
I absolutely adore all Jake’s workouts. Since I can’t go to my reformers studio, this is great! You can combine few short workouts for fun and it super effective

good core training
I like the 15 min format: today I was not so motivated for training.and I thought "15 min- I do it, just to relieve my conscience". Afterward, I was a bit more motivated and added 10 min. jump rope and some exercices for the arms.
