Great workout to do in 15 mins, that gets your whole body's exercised, when not wanting to spend a lot of time.

fast and challenging
I'm going to miss Anna when quarantine is over :( she gets right to the workout- no wasted time- dynamic warmup ad cool down/stretch so you feel active the entire time
