Great workout!
I love this instructor. It's a great beginner workout but even if you've been working out for a while, you will get your heart pumping. I completed it after doing a 20 min Tabata video.

Fun and quick workout
My husband and I are trying to do a workout a day (at least) while stuck inside during the coronavirus outbreak. He has never done online workouts and we are both really enjoying returning to this one! It gets your heart rate up and targets many different areas in a short workout.
