Good for a quick workout
Loved the quick workout on the abs which included a nice stretch for the lower back and glutes as well. Easy to follow for beginners just starting out.

Fast and Efficient Core Workout!
I just completed a 30-minute full-body workout with David Kirsch and this was a perfect core/ab finisher! I discovered some moves I've never done before! I always love trying new challenges!

I loved it!
short and really efficient. I combined it with 10 minutes stepper , 10 arms workout and 5 min streching. Now I feel totally relaxed.
