Added this on to the end of my 30 min workout and it was perfect. It would be great as a stand alone work out as well. A little fast during one exercise, but I'll be coming back to this to nail it.
Great 10 minute workout! This is not a slouch of a workout, just the opposite. You'd think you would have to rush through a bunch of exercises to get a sweat up, but you don't. You get a good workout with this routine. Well worth the 10 minutes. This is going into my favorites collection. Loved it!
I did this workout for the first time last week and absolutely love it! With the small resistance bands, it really works your shoulders! Iβve been coming back to this one pretty consistently since then and will continue doing so!
