Great 10 minute workout! This is not a slouch of a workout, just the opposite. You'd think you would have to rush through a bunch of exercises to get a sweat up, but you don't. You get a good workout with this routine. Well worth the 10 minutes. This is going into my favorites collection. Loved it!
I did this workout for the first time last week and absolutely love it! With the small resistance bands, it really works your shoulders! I’ve been coming back to this one pretty consistently since then and will continue doing so!
