What Cardio?
I enjoyed the workout. It get you moving and sweating right away. But not difficult. I need these types of workouts when I am working and need a quick break!

Good, quick and fun
Another great quick before the shower workout. Helps get the blood pumping and helps me to feel more alert in the morning. Exercises are easy, fast and fun.
