Good Core/Ab Workout
I'm always looking for 10-15 minute workouts and this one fit right in as a good core/ab workout for someone who is over 50 or getting back into workouts. The moves were easy to do and surprisingly I did feel it later, like I actually did some exercise. So that makes it easier to keep working out and not quit! Thank you!
This is a great, quick abs workout that I just added to the end of my yoga routine this evening. Super simple - for newbies, or for those trying to get back into an exercise routine - like me!
Nice little ab class if you don't have much time, can't do abs for a long time (or don't want to) and it offers modifications for those, like me, who have lower back issues.
It wasn't too intense but I could feel the burn at the end. I guess it's good for beginners or for those who don't have much time to exercise on a daily basis :)
