Best ab workout!
I am someone who exercises everyday and I do a variety of workouts to stay active. This is by far THE BEST ab workout I have ever done. You may think: 10 minutes isn't very long, will I even feel a burn?? Yes. After minute 1 it burns. The instructor with the pink shirt complains a lot, that made me laugh a few times.
Oh let me tell you. You will feel a burn in the first minute. The instructor is excellent and the moves are challenging. This is a workout I will continue to do each day to feel strong and tone.
