athlete de toda la vida, college xc/track runner, recently back into workouts! i took a hiatus, but now see the true value in consistent, workouts that don't need to be all out cardio. i love the variety offered here, some of my favorites are: high intensity tabata, zumba hiit varieties, barre and long muscle toning, yoga stretching and of course booty and leg work! finding the time to dedicate to working out and keeping it up is my goal this year and so far, so good! let's get it!
